Hi, I'm Kayleigh — the baker, the mess-maker, and the woman behind Batched & Gone.

What started as teaching myself to bake on maternity leave 10 years ago turned into being the family baker!

Now I've taken the leap and turned this little passion of mine into a full-blown love affair with big, gooey, American-style cookies. The kind you break open and they ooze.

I'm all about flavours that feel nostalgic, treats that disappear fast, and bakes that make people say, "Oh my god, you made this?"

Every batch is small, every cookie is loaded, and everything is made right here in my home kitchen in Leeds with a whole lot of love (and usually a toddler stealing chocolate chips).
